Bosch Service Solutions has been the SafeLine distributor for the German market since 2008 and became the distributor for the Austrian market in 2017 as well as for the Spanish market in 2019.

As one of the largest independent manufacturers of emergency call systems for elevators, the SafeLine Group produces an extensive range of elevator emergency support solutions.

We work with a comprehensive partner network in Germany, thus guaranteeing a reliable and fast response in an emergency. The staff of our approximately 180 intervention partners are specially trained to free people from elevators and are available 24 hours a day.

We provide our services to GAT and its members through a framework agreement.

VFA-Interlift e.V. is a medium-sized industry association with more than 200 member companies.

The VDMA represents more than 3,200 mostly medium-sized companies in the capital goods industry, making it the largest industry association in Europe. The VDMA Lifts and Escalators trade association represents the interests of this sector.
